Double-walled protection

The VARIBOX Full Containment (FC) and VARIBOX Compact Containment (CC) are double-walled containers. Meaning that both containers have an outer container as well as an inner container. The outer container also acts as an integrated spill containment with a capacity of 110%. Also, the top of the container is completely closed. The outer container and closed top protect the inner container that contains the chemicals or detergents. By completely closing any contact with the detergent or chemical will be avoided. This protects all users of the VARIBOX.

The safest containers with integrated spill containment

All the VARIBOX IBCs have an integrated spill containment of 110%. This means when the inner container has been damaged and has a leakage, the outer container works as spill containment and protects the users and environment against spillage of detergent or chemicals. The other enormous benefit of integrated spill containment is that it’s for the users of the VARIBOX possible to place the container in any desired location and still meet the European regulations for spill containment.

Completely closed system

All the VARIBOX containers have a completely closed system. The VARIBOX Single Containment (SC) can be emptied using the safe and robust valve at the bottom of the container. The VARIBOX has an integrated breather vent, the cap on the container doesn’t need to be opened to pump out the chemical. Next to that, the optimal design of the bottom of the VARIBOX ensures that there is just 0,5 residue. This also enhances the safe transport of emptied containers.

The VARIBOX FC and VARIBOX CC can only be emptied by using VARIBOX Safeline Performance. VARIBOX Safeline is an easy-to-use system consisting of extractor tubes in the container that can be connected to your system using a quick coupler. The Safeline system is completely closed. This means that the VARIBOX does not have to be opened during use. In this way, chemical contact with users will be avoided.

Meet European regulations

All IBCs of VARIBOX meet the ADR regulations. The ADR is the European Agreement concerning the international transport of dangerous goods by Road. Next to that the VARIBOX FC and CC meet the PGS 15 and PGS 31 regulations in the Netherlands. And in Germany, the containers have a Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt) approval and meet the regulations of the AwSV.

No more physical lifting

The VARIBOX Compact Containment is the first double-walled 250-liter container to replace (metal) drums. Normally 200-liter drums need to be physically lifted and placed on spill containments.
With its integrated spill containment, you can place the VARIBOX CC on any desired location without setting up a spill containment. And users do not need to physically lift a drum onto a spill pallet. Simply use a pallet truck to move the container to the desired location. This is a huge safety and ergonomic benefit for the users of the VARIBOX CC.
